1.Contest:
The Passeport Vacances 2025-2026 contest “WIN A FAMILY PASS FOR PARC SAFARI (2 ADULTS + 2 KIDS)” is organized by Passeport Vacances on its website www.passeportvacances.com
. The contest begins on Monday, December 8, 2025 and ends on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (EST). The tickets are valid until December 31, 2026. Any reference to time in these rules refers to Eastern Standard Time (EST). The draw will be held on Monday January 5th, 2026. The gift certificate must be claimed from Passeport Vacances, and not from Parc Safari.
2.Eligibility:
The Contest is open to any person residing in Quebec who is eighteen (18) years of age or older, except employees, agents, and/or representatives of Passeport Vacances, or advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, materials and services related to this Contest, as well as members of their immediate family (siblings, children, parents), their legal or common-law spouse, and all persons with whom these employees, agents, and representatives reside, even if they are not part of the same family.
3.How to participate:
To participate in the Contest, simply click on the Contest tab on the website www.passeportvacances.com then complete the registration form. Once the form is completed, participants must press the “Submit” button to send their entry to the Contest.
Limit: one (1) entry per day, per person, per email address for the duration of the contest.
Prize value:
The total net value of the Contest prize is approximately $169.60 CAD + taxes.
Entry deadline:
Only electronic forms duly completed and received no later than 1:59 p.m. (EST) on Monday, December 22, 2025 will be eligible for the prize draw.
General conditions:
Passeport Vacances will notify the winner by phone and/or email. The winner’s name will also be posted on the website passeportvacances.com and on related social media channels. In the event that Passeport Vacances is unable to notify the winner within five (5) days of the draw date, an additional draw for the prize will be held to select another winner.
Any incomplete, unintelligible, irregular, or unauthorized entries will be automatically disqualified and will not be eligible for any prize. Furthermore, any entry or attempt to enter in violation of these rules (e.g., false statements, violation of intellectual property requirements, etc.) will be automatically rejected and may be referred to the competent judicial authorities.
Passeport Vacances will inform winners of how they must claim their prize.
Passeport Vacances and any other legal entities, advertising or promotion agencies, and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, and employees, as well as any other party involved in this Contest (hereinafter referred to as “Releasees”) disclaim any liability related to the Prize and the Contest and provide no warranties regarding the same. To this effect, winners must sign a release form prior to receiving their prize.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted for another prize or exchanged in whole or in part for cash. In the event that, for reasons beyond its control and not related to the winner, Passeport Vacances cannot provide the certificate as described in these rules, Passeport Vacances reserves the right to award a prize (or portion of a prize) of the same nature and equivalent value or, at its sole discretion, the value of the prize (or portion of the prize) in cash.
Passeport Vacances will not assume any responsibility of any kind in cases where its inability to act results from a fact or situation beyond its control, or from a strike, lockout, or any other labor conflict at its facilities or at facilities of organizations or companies whose services are used for the Contest.
By participating in this Contest, winners authorize the Contest organizers to disclose on www.passeportvacances.com
their first name, last name, and city of residence without any form of compensation.
By participating in this Contest, winners agree to comply with all conditions set out in these rules and to release and hold harmless the Releasees from all claims, actions, causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses of any kind arising directly or indirectly from participation in this Contest or use of the Prize.
Passeport Vacances reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest without notice, subject to obtaining any approval required from the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec.
Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux to be resolved. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux solely for the purpose of attempting to resolve it.
