1 . Contest
The contest Passeport Vacances «Win 4 passes for the exhibition King Of Pulp - at La Pulperie de Chicoutimi - Musée régional» is organized by Passeport Vacances on its Internet www.passeportvacances.com site. There will be 2 winners of 2 double passes. Participation in the Contest begins on June 22 and ends on June 29th, 2026 at 11:59 am (EDT). Any reference in these rules on time refers to Eastern Daylight Time (EDT ) . The prize draw will take place Monday, June 29th, 2026 on its website at www.passeportvacances.com. Tickets for the exhibition are valid until December 31, 2026. The gift certificate must be requested from Passeport Vacances, not with La Pulperie de Chicoutimi - Musée régional.
2 . Eligibility
The Contest is open to residents of Quebec aged eighteen ( 18 ) years or older, except employees, agents and / or representatives of Passeport Vacances, or advertising agencies and promotion, suppliers of prizes, materials and services related to this Contest , and members of their immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother ), their legal or de facto spouse and all persons with whom such employees , agents and representatives are domiciled even if they are not part of the same family.
3 . How to participate?
To enter the contest , simply click on the contest tab on the www.passeportvacances.com site and complete the registration form. Once the form is completed, participants must press the "Send" button to send their entry into the Contest.
Limit: one (1) entry per day, per person, per email address for the duration of the contest.
4 . Prize value:
The total net value of all prizes Contest amount is approx $152
5 . Deadline for participation :
Only electronic Completed forms received later than 13h59am (EDT) June 29, 2026 will be eligible to win prizes.
6 . Conditions :
Passeport Vacances will notify the winner by telephone and / or email. The names of the winner will also be announced on the site and passeportvacances.com different social networks related . In the event Passeport Vacances fails to notify the winner within a period of five ( 5) days of the draw date , an additional draw for the prize will be conducted to determine an alternate winner.
Any incomplete , incomprehensible, obtained or made improperly or unauthorized source will be rejected and will not be entitled to any prize. In addition, any participation or attempted entry in contravention of that Regulation ( eg . Misrepresentation participant, contrary to the requirements of intellectual property, etc. ) will be automatically rejected and may be referred to the competent judicial authorities.
Passeport Vacances inform the winners on how they will take possession of their prize.
Passeport Vacances and any other body corporate , advertising or promotion and their respective shareholders, directors , officers and employees , as well as any contributor to the Contest (hereinafter referred to as " Release recipients ") disclaim all liability relating Prize or the Contest and provide no warranty in respect thereof . To this end, the winners agree to sign a waiver of liability prior to receiving their prize statement.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and can not be substituted for another prize or exchanged in whole or in part against money. In the event that, for reasons beyond their control and not related to the winner, Passeport Vacances could not assign the certificate as described in these rules, Passeport Vacances reserves the right to award a prize (or portion of prize) of similar nature and equivalent value or, at their sole discretion, the value of the prize won ( or a portion of this prize) in cash.
Passeport Vacances assumes no liability of any nature whatsoever in all cases where their inability to act results from an event or situation beyond their control or a strike , lockout or any other labor dispute in its facilities or in the facilities of the organizations and businesses whose services are used for holding this Contest.
By entering this contest, the winner authorizes the contest organizers to disclose on www.passeportvacances.com their full name and city of residence, without any form of compensation .
By participating in this Contest, winners agree to comply with any and all conditions of these rules in addition to free, release and hold harmless the Beneficiaries discharge in respect of all claims, actions or causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature whatsoever, arising out of, related to or arising directly or indirectly from participation in this Contest or use of the Prizes.
Passeport Vacances reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest without notice, subject to obtaining any approval would be required from the Régie des alcohols, des courses et des jeux.
Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcohols, des courses et des jeux for a ruling . Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie des alcohols, des courses et des jeux only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
