6th Annual October Harvest Food Fest is underway!
As fall time quickly approaches, we welcome you to experience the 6th annual Harvest Fall Fest in Kahnawà:ke. Centred around the agricultural calendar, harvest time provides an opportunity to learn about traditional food preparation and to celebrate with fun seasonal activities. At this year’s festival, we have a variety of attractions planned for all ages to enjoy at Kahnawà:ke’s central Orville Standup Park; hunting & trapping techniques, a hide cleaning expose, relay races, as well as a lacrosse shoot-out competition for a chance to win some great prizes.
Artisans will bring their wares to showcase and you can expect food vendors to impress with recipes featuring the best of our region’s produce. The nearby Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 219 can also be explored where you can learn about our veterans through guided or self-guided tours.
