THE SUGAR SEASON
The sugar season at Les Vergers Ivanhoe Faille, spanning from March to late April, is an emblematic time when nature gently awakens after the rigorous winter. The maple trees in the region reveal their precious sap, making it the opportune moment to delve into the ancestral art of maple syrup production. Les Vergers Ivanhoe Faille, a true institution in the maple grove, welcomes visitors with genuine warmth and a contagious passion for this Quebecois tradition. In the heart of the sugar season, the atmosphere resonates with sweet scents and echoes of laughter from visitors strolling among the majestic maples. Activities vary from sap collection demonstrations to tasting freshly prepared maple taffy. It's a celebration of nature, community, and artisanal craftsmanship that defines Les Vergers Ivanhoe Faille as a must-visit destination to fully experience the magic of the sugar season in Quebec.
