43 Artists, Hundreds of Works to Discover at ART[O]!

From November 1 to 29, 2026, ART[O] Creative Co-op invites visitors to explore its gallery and discover Les Petits Formats, a collective exhibition featuring 43 ART[O] member artists.

The concept is simple yet remarkably engaging: each artist presents 3 to 5 original works, all created in the same 8 x 8-inch format. With no imposed theme, creativity takes center stage. Paintings, photographs, collages, mixed-media pieces and a variety of artistic approaches come together throughout the gallery.

This shared format creates a true journey of discovery. From one artwork to the next, entirely different worlds unfold through colour, texture, subject matter and style. Visitors can take their time exploring the collection, noticing the details, discovering new artists and, most importantly, being surprised by a piece that instantly captures their attention.

Les Petits Formats also offers a unique way to experience an art exhibition. Every artwork is available at the fixed price of $125 through a “Pay and Take It Home” concept. Found a favourite? You can purchase it and leave with it immediately.

As works are sold, they gradually disappear from the gallery walls. Favourite pieces do not wait around—an artwork you admire today may already have found a new home by your next visit.

This approach also makes collecting original art more accessible. As the holiday season approaches, it is a wonderful opportunity to treat yourself, find a truly unique gift or simply discover the diversity and creativity of ART[O]’s member artists.

Visitors are invited to meet the artists and discover the exhibition during the Opening Reception on Sunday, November 1, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
 It is a wonderful opportunity to explore the gallery, connect with the artists and perhaps leave with your own favourite piece under your arm.
