Camping in the Heart of Sept-Îles
Looking to enjoy the outdoors while staying close to the city and its amenities? Sept-Îles Municipal Campground welcomes visitors behind the Maison du Tourisme at 1401 Boulevard Laure Ouest. With its peaceful setting and impressive views of Sept-Îles Bay, it is a convenient place to stay while discovering the city and the landscapes of the Côte-Nord.
Just a short walk from town, the campground makes it easy to combine an outdoor getaway with local discoveries and activities in Sept-Îles.
Campsites for RVs and Tents
The campground has 22 sites in total, including 18 spaces for motorized recreational vehicles with three services and four 12 ft × 12 ft platforms for rustic tent camping.
RV sites are reserved for self-contained vehicles, including Class A, B and C motorhomes, tent trailers, travel trailers, truck campers and fifth-wheel trailers. One additional vehicle is permitted with the camping unit.
Tents are permitted only on the designated tent platforms.
On-Site Services and Amenities
For added convenience, the campground offers a washroom facility and a dumping station for recreational vehicles. Guests can also enjoy views of the bay and a nearby picnic area.
An electronic gate provides access to the campground 24 hours a day with a magnetic access card issued during check-in.
Rates and Length of Stay
- Recreational vehicle: $35 per night, plus taxes.
- Tent platform: $16 per night, plus taxes.
- Maximum stay: five consecutive nights.

Important Information Before Your Arrival
- Check-in takes place at the Maison du Tourisme during reception hours.
- Campsites are available from 3 p.m. and must be vacated by 1 p.m. on the day of departure.
- Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash.
- Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets and respecting the comfort of other campers.
- Noise that may disturb other visitors is not permitted after 11 p.m.
