March Break Shows (french only)

Le Bibliothécaire

Wednesday, March 4 (10:00 AM and 1:30 PM) 5 to 12 years old - Price: $10

At first glance, Paul-Émile Dumoulin is a librarian just like any other. He is serious, proud, and concerned with order: his shelves are impeccable and every book is in its place. The catch is that as soon as he opens a book, reality disappears and gives way to the slightly crazy worlds he discovers through reading. As he journeys through these adventures, the wise librarian transforms. He suddenly embodies strange, quirky characters, performing acrobatics, balance acts, juggling, breakdance, and beatboxing. How far will reading take him? This show blends clowning, physical theater, and circus arts. It invites young audiences to discover the passion for reading and the power of imagination, the kind that carries the reader to a faraway land, an adventure, a love story, or a suspenseful tale.

Une petite fête – Cabaret de la dissidence

Friday, March 6 (10:00 AM and 1:30 PM) 5 to 8 years old - Price: $10

Two spirited and free-spirited characters welcome you to a secret party, a little mischievous, a little crazy, a party where gentle rebellion has its space to express itself. In fact, this party is forbidden to adults. Well… okay… a few might get a pass, but only a few… because at this Cabaret of Dissent, it’s the children who decide.

Elli et l’équipe des monstres

Friday, March 6 (3:00 PM) General - Price: $5

When Elli, a little homeless ghost, knocks on the door of the eccentric residents of a haunted carousel in search of a roof, she accidentally attracts the attention of the “outside world” and must team up with a motley group of monsters in a wild quest to save not only all the monsters but also her only chance to finally have a family of her own. “Fast-paced and nonstop, ELLI AND THE MONSTER TEAM focuses more on action than reflection, which should appeal to young children.” (Maxime Demers, Le Journal de Montréal)

Quand tu me regardes

Sunday, March 8 (1:30 PM) 6 to 12 years old - Price: $10

Vibrant bodies and wheelchairs burst into action on stage! Three remarkable performers spin these incredible machines, dance with them, take them apart and transform them into puppets, glowing wheels, a disco robot, or a turtle.
Structured in a series of playful and poetic scenes, this tender and imaginative show draws us into a world where bodies merge or reveal themselves, telling their own stories. At heart, it’s the story of three humans who share — for the length of a dance — all the fragility and beauty of being oneself. Together.
