Beaver for a Day: Have you ever wondered what life is like for a beaver? The Beaver for a Day activity helps answer your questions. This activity allows you to discover the history of the beaver, its habits, its physical characteristics, its behavior and its role in the environment. Then, become an apprentice beaver and build a dam and a hut yourself by choosing their location and the material you will use so that they are the most resistant. Beaver for a Day was produced with the financial support of Environment and Climate Change Canada.

The Insect of the NWA LSF: Come discover various insects from our area with an activity that includes several small games. Will you be able to identify an insect’s head? Can you decode our secret codes? Fun and interactive game show-style activity with quizzes and secret codes to decipher, aimed at learning more about insects and their characteristics.
