To admire the Ouareau River, there's nothing better than a stop at Dorwin Falls Park. Visitors will be enchanted by the magic of the Indian legend of the Nipissing sorcerer. These magnificent falls, 60 feet high and surrounded by abundant forest, attract thousands of tourists every year.

Lookouts and ecological trails allow you to appreciate the native flora. Enjoy the picnic area before or after the hike and stop to picnic in the pine grove alone or with a group, for a relaxing time in nature.

Je reviens tout juste de visiter le magnifique site des Chutes Dorwin! Endroit majestueux et très calme. À ne pas confondre avec les informations ci-dessus, les sentiers totalisent un 3,2 km de randonnée en forêt. Le site est accessible seulement si nous acquittons les frais d'entrée qui sont les suivants ; Enfants 0 à 6 ans : accès gratuit Jeunes 7 à 12 ans : accès à 4 $ Adultes 13 à 64 ans : accès à 12$ Aînés 65 ans et plus : 4 $ (sous présentation d'une pièce d'identité) Résidents de la ville de Rawdon : accès gratuit Minibus et Autobus : 60$ Les heures d'ouvertures restent de 10h à 18h, mais sachez que la vente de billets pour les non-résidents se termine à 17h. En somme, c'est un endroit enchanteur! Venez observer les forces de la nature dans le petit village de Rawdon dans Lanaudière.
