THE Retreat and Creativity Centre in Quebec!

Kio-o is a unique retreat and creativity centre nestled on a 125-acre property in the magnificent Laurentian mountains, in Sainte-Lucie-des-Laurentides, approximately 100 km from Montreal. The property’s peaceful atmosphere, the private lake, stunning view from the cliffs, mountains and forest hiking trails are exceptionally beautiful and inspire calm and profound relaxation in all who visit. The silence, pure mountain air and direct contact with nature are constant sources of inspiration.

In addition, this site is the ideal place for work meetings, brainstorming, creativity or meditation sessions. A nice feature, the meals served there (in the form of a buffet) do not contain meat (vegetarian – based on vegetable proteins and fresh vegetables), and I can tell you that they are delicious. Another originality… Everyone does their own dishes! The site offers a private lake (where you can swim) and it is possible to walk in the forest to the cliff which offers a rather impressive view! The surrounding nature is certainly the strong point of the place!

This center has 24 rooms with a capacity to sleep more than 55 people, a dining room and 3 meeting rooms. The rooms are located in buildings that look like private chalets, and we share the common areas (entrance, bathroom and living room). Each room has 2 single beds and a small desk. Another particularity of the place, you are given the sheets on your arrival so that you can make your bed. Note that it is also possible to rent the rooms, without accommodation.

The surrounding nature is certainly the strong point of the place!
